1. Returns and exchange policy.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However if you have not received your product or it is the wrong item, please contact us immediately using the form at the bottom with your order number so we may arrange a replacement delivery.

2. Shipping & delivery time in Malaysia.

Standard shipping in Malaysia is absolutely FREE. Your order is normally packed and shipped within 2 days of receiving. Shipments usually take between 7-15 working days to arrive.

Express shipping is available for RM10.00 and shipments usually take between 3-5 working days to arrive.

3. International shipping & delivery time.

For International shipping (outside of Malaysia), delivery time is between 15 and 30 days. There is a flat shipping charge of RM20.00 per shipment for all international orders. Please note that if you subscribe for an International Monthly Sock Plan the shipping cost will depend on your plan length. E.g. a 3 month plan would involve 3 shipments and cost a total of RM60 (3 x RM20).

There is no Express Shipping option available for International orders.

3. Available payment methods.

We currently accept all major credit cards as well as bank deposit should you wish to pay from your local bank. Please note that for bank deposit payments, you must email a copy of the bank receipt along with your order number (e.g. #1001) before we can pack & ship your order.

4. What is the Sock of the Month Club?

The Sock of the Month Club is an ideal way to get new designs delivered to your doorstep. Our team will send you a newly released pair of socks every month based on your chosen preferences. Simply select the length of your plan and prepare to be surprised every month!

5. Will the socks fit?

Our socks will fit US Size 7-11 which is a universal fit in most regards. As the designs are unisex, they are suitable for both men & women.
